Dearest (I'm So Sorry) - Picture Me Broken OFFICIAL VIDEO

Lyrics:

A little less innocence
His morals aren’t so well defined
You’re here again, the rush beings
A line of joy and suicide.

I can’t find the words to say this.
I’m running out of patience.

CHORUS:
Dearest I'm so sorry you're disturbed.
You know I'd hang on every word.
With each breath you take I think I’ve learned.
Careful you might get burned.

Tears tug at the corners of my eyes.
But I won’t let them go this time.
You’re here again, the rush begins.
A line of joy and suicide.

I can’t find the words to say this.
I’m running out of patience

CHORUS

Let’s go…

Dearest I’m sorry
But this is not working.

Holding onto what I fight for
Bleeding for you,
A face to die for (x2

Great Weekend/school

Well I had a pretty great weekend. My apologies on not posting for a while, Ive just been busy and haven't had any time. Anyways, I was with my granma all weekend and we went to Hillside Horror with my aunt and one of her friends with her husband and two boys. One of them is about my age and the other is a freshman in high school. The freshman, however, was so scared he grabbed my hand and held it the whole entire time we were there. The one guy that's my age was holding my arm so I had two guys holding on to me because they were scared. Haha! I was scared a little, but not too too bad. Me and the freshman had a phone light war coming home which was pretty fun.  Me and him were texting each other on the way back and that was pretty interesting. Schools going great too. I didn't get straight A's like I wanted. I was 4 points away from it. It made me mad, but it just meant that I will just need to work even harder and I'll most likely get it....at least I hope so. We had powderpuff last week too. We lost to the seniors 14-12, but we handled them long enough. Next year we might think about coming in on Harley's. I hope we can, but if we cant we'll find something else. :) Heres a recent picture of me:

I absolutely love this band... and here's the lyrics to a song called "Arise"

Arise

Tell the swine, we will make it out alive
There's a note in the pages of the book
So sleep tonight, we'll sleep dreamlessly this time
When we awake we'll know that everything's alright

Sing to me about the end of the world
End of hammers and needles for you

Hold on to the world we all remember fighting for
There's some strength left in us yet
Hold on to the world we all remember dying for
There's some hope left in it yet

The snow on your face and your razor blades
The twilight is bruised and there you lie

Sing to me about the end of the world
End of these hammers and needles for you
We'll cry tonight but in the morning we are new
Stand in the sun, we'll dry your eyes

Hold on to the world we all remember fighting for
There's some strength left in us yet
Hold on to the world we all remember dying for
Theres some hope left in it yet

Sing, sing, Arise

Arise and be
All that you dreamed, all that you dreamed
Arise and be
All that you dreamed, all that you dreamed
Arise and be
All that you dreamed, all that you dreamed
Arise and be
All that you dreamed, all that you dreamed
Arise and be
All that you dreamed, all that you dreamed
Arise and be
All that you dreamed, all that you dreamed

God's Presence/Youth Broadcast 2011

Hey guys!!! Sorry it's been a while since I last posted. Had a lot of things going on. We have a Youth Conference this weekend and so far it has been pretty great. God's presence has filled this whole entire youth conference and He especially touched my life tonight. The speaker for the conference is an evangelist named Amy Lambert. She's 26 years old and has a powerful testimony. She grew up a life as a drug addict and feeling like she didn't know who God was. One night she was taken to the hospital because she was in a stage of drug addiction that it was close to death. She said that a lady came into her room and shared the gospel and then she prayed with Amy and Amy felt God coming into her heart and saving her from going to Hell. Ever since then she has travelled all around the world and shared the gospel to millions and millions of people and this weekend she's sharing it with the youth. Anyways, she gave an alter call tonight to the people that needed to know Jesus that didn't know Him in the first place and/or to renew their life with God. At first I felt that I didn't want to go up there because I knew who God was and everything..... Well WRONG-O! God said, "Sydney, go to the alter so I can come into your heart and motivate you in the right direction because I love you and I want what's best for you." I felt God in me and so I went. I sat on my knees and prayed and listen to Amy talk and all of a sudden I started crying out to God. I said," God, you love me so much that you want what's best for me, I'm asking you right now to come back into my heart and let me be born again." Right at that very minute I felt God coming into my heart and from now on I am going to do the right thing and try my best to lead one of my friends to God or even all of them at the most. Well, time to go hang out with the family and get ready for the big day tomorrow. I'm doing a drama with the drama team tomorrow night for the Youth Conference and it's going to be awesome!!! Bye for now! :)

Barlow Girl Concert 2011/Krispy Kreme 2011

Well, last night was pretty awesome! Me, my mom, and my church youth group (just the girls) went to go see a Christian Rock group called Barlow Girl. They were pretty great. It was at a church not too far from mine and the church was packed. They played GREAT songs and we all felt God's presence fill the entire room. A bunch of teenagers got saved, too. I especially felt God's presence because it reminded me of how much He loves me and that He healed me when I was sick a couple days ago. I had to go to urgent care because I thought I was sick with the flu. When we got there, I looked at my mom and I said, "Mom, I feel like we need to say a prayer before I go in the room that I was being checked out in." So we did and they finally called my name to come be tested. Well, after a while there was a doctor that said that there was a flu case in one of our rooms. I looked at my mom and I thought that's probably me. My doctor came in and tested me again and come to find out, it was NEGATIVE. I heard the doctor screaming out that it was not the flu even though I had the same exact symptoms. I knew right then that it was God right there by my side. He didn't want me to have the flu, and I thank God so much for not letting me have that and that concert made me  think back to sitting in that waiting room wondering if I had it or not. Well anyways, overrall it was a GREAT concert. My mom got me a shirt too that had 1 Peter 2:9 on it. After that, we went to Krispy Kreme like out of the blue when I was thinking we were heading straight back to church. The girls in my van were screaming because we were going there. HAHA! So we hung out there talking, laughing, eating doughnuts, and watching the machine make them. My friend told me she could just lay underneath the glaze machine and let the glaze pour all over her. We laughed!!! We took alot of pictures there and on the way home we were headbangin' to Barlow Girl and rappin' to Lecrae's "Fanatic".<-- That's a really good song by the way. The headbangin' and the rappin' was a great ending to that adventure! Here's some pics of the trip. Sorry I didn't put up many, but here they are:

Where Has Time Gone.....

Well, I can't believe that the last time i posted something was last summer. Sophomore year is going great. I was exempt last semester from all my exams except for one that was an End of Course class that I had to take the test for. It was Biology. In order to make a Level 3 or higher you had to make an 80 or above. I made an 87. I know it was great. So I got to stay out of school one day and spent the day with my mom. We went to Olive Garden to eat with some of her friends and it was a pretty good day. Anyways, I set a goal this year to make nothing below a B and  I've accomplished that so far and I'm continuing to do that. I made all A's and one B last semester and I'm continuing the process for this semester. My teachers are great as well. This semester I'm taking Medical Science, Civics and Economics, and Geometry. Medical Science is pretty cool. It's getting me prepared for the career I'm looking into which is Occupational Therapy. That has become very intresting to me to want to do as a job later on. Civics and Economics is awesome and so is the teacher I have. The only homework he gives us is to either have a good day or a good weekend... HA! that is an easy A isn't it. Haha! My old Algebra teacher from 9th grade is back and I have her for Geometry. She still teaches the same way and she is a very sweet lady. Last year my friend told everybody that she was his wife and she's never forgotten that. HA! Well, I'll be 16 very soon.... I know time has definately flown by. I can't believe that I have 2 more years left of high school left and then it'll be time for college. WOW! Well, anyways, I hope to be posting more soon...... Here is just a recent picture of me:
