Oh Wow....

Ok so now I just realized that I have 2 more months left in high school. I can't believe it... like at all. I was just finding out that I get my Cap & Gown plus Graduation supplies next month and I also have Cap & Gown pictures next month. I can't even imagine what the next two months are going to be like....especially in May. In Ensemble we were just talking about what we were going to do for our last concert and I just couldn't help but almost start to cry. I shed a couple tears as I was picking my top 5 songs that I enjoyed doing through the years. We're doing a "Reprise" concert. It's the senior theme. As I was thinking about what songs I liked, I looked at my friend Kari and started shedding a tear. She was too, but we don't need to be upset about it. It's going to be the start of a new chapter in our lives. Yes we can shed tears but really its only the beginning. Anyways, more to come in the next little bit maybe.....

Big 1-8

Well i just recently turned 18 last month. I've been blessed beyond measure by getting to enjoy another year of life on this Earth. God has truly blessed me throughout my life and I know He will keep continuing to through the years. When I got home from my grandparents house, I come home to find that my stepdad made me the coolest pancakes. They were in the shape of an "18". They had a cookie cake and my mom made me a paper mache flower hanging over the chandelier along with the cutest flowers in a Mason Jar.. Yes my Mom sure does know how to "Southern Decorate" LOL! :) My parents and grandparents gave me the greatest birthday parties and I even got my ears pierced for the first time ever. I know many of you are shocked to see that I have never got them pierced before, but this time i finally gave in. We went out to eat on the day of my birthday and went back to my parents' friend's house and her friend got me the cutest "Life is Good" messenger bag and got me a set of owl earrings and then said she forgot that I didn't have my ears pierced. She convinced me along with my parents and her husband that it wouldn't hurt that all it was was a little prick and you're done. So reluctantly I gave in. So we went to Walmart and I ended up getting them pierced. I was worrying myself half to death over absolutely nothing. I have to wear these diamonds I chose for 6 weeks and then I can start wearing different ones. Honestly, I couldn't tell you how GREAT of a birthday I had. I got a new phone, money, stuff from Bath & Body Works, and I know its not over yet because soon I'll be getting my first car.. that means I'm going to have to get out of the "Driving Miss Daisy" stage soon. I appreciate so much what all my family has done for me and I couldn't thank them enough. I know I may not show it, but deep down I do thank you <3
